A creative and detail-oriented draftsman, Jonathan routinely prepares customized business documents such as commercial and residential leases, easements, real estate purchase contracts, partnership agreements, real estate purchase contracts, buy-sell agreements, LLC operating agreements, corporate bylaws and resolutions, and more.

Jonathan is a principled negotiator who enjoys finding solutions to difficult problems which keep his clients out of the courtroom. But when litigation is necessary, Jonathan is an effective advocate with two published and favorable appellate decisions on his track record.

Before joining Real Estate Law Corporation, Jonathan was General Counsel at the largest independently owned and operated real estate brokerage in California. Before going in-house, Jonathan worked for one of Sacramento’s leading boutique litigation firms.
