Kiran Dhillon, Esq., MBA

Kiran Dhillon specializes in transactional legal matters. She has over 7 years of legal experience counseling small business owners and large corporations on real estate, business and corporate transactions. 

Prior to co-founding Real Estate Law Corporation™, Kiran worked as in-house legal counsel for a large healthcare system with over $4.5 billion in annual revenue. In this role, she was responsible for the legal review of thousands of agreements such as medical office leases, timeshare agreements, asset purchase agreements, bill of sale agreements, promissory notes, security agreements, employment agreements, professional services agreements and various other transactional matters on behalf of over 20 hospitals within the system. 

Kiran has also represented several local small business owners and clients on their various transactional matters, as well as working in-house as legal counsel for a mutual fund trust administration company regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission, which co-administered hundreds of mutual funds totaling over $1 billion in assets.

Kiran graduated as Salutatorian of her 2013 law school class at Western State College of Law, where she was the recipient of a merit-based 100% Outstanding Academic Achievement Scholarship, and the recipient of four Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence in the areas of: Business Associations, Property Law, Negotiations, and Legal Writing and Research. She also served as the technical editor of the WSU Law Review, was a distinguished honor roll member, Dean’s circle member and Vice President of the Tort Law Society. 

Prior to attending law school, Kiran also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in general business management at CSU Stanislaus, while working full time at the corporate headquarters for E.&J. Gallo Winery in the Supply Chain and Finance departments.
