Matthew Rae, Esq.


Matt Rae is an attorney with a passion for business and real estate law. He focuses on providing clients with efficient legal solutions that minimize risk and promote success.

Matt has experience drafting and reviewing various types of contracts including residential and commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, master services agreements, construction agreements, partnership agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and more. In addition, he has experience handling various types of business, real estate, and construction disputes at all stages of litigation.

Matt has had the privilege of representing a wide range of clients including small business owners, home buyers and sellers, real estate developers, custom homebuilders, contractors and tradespersons, commercial real estate investors, wineries, agricultural professionals, hotel owners, as well as private concessionaires with park operations throughout the state.

Prior to joining the team at the Real Estate Law Corporation™, Matt worked as in-house counsel for a public pension fund with over $300 billion dollars of assets under management. He also worked as an associate attorney at a well-respected civil litigation firm.
