Vilma Lopez, Esq.

Vilma regularly counsels individuals and small business owners in various real estate matters including
landlord/tenant disputes, failure to disclose actions, unlawful detainers, and breach of contract matters. 

Vilma received her Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. While attending McGeorge, she held various student leadership positions, participated in the Jessup International Moot Court competition, and interned at the Supreme Court of Costa Rica. She has also interned for the California Department of Managed Health Care and worked for the McGeorge Elder and Health Law Clinic.

Prior to working at Real Estate Law Corporation, Vilma worked for the Department of Health and Human Services, and for the Department of Homeland Security.  

Vilma is fluent in Spanish and in her spare time, Vilma enjoys playing guitar and hiking with her husband and rescue dog, Rocky.
