Frantz Farreau, Esq.
Frantz Farreau is a real estate attorney and broker with over 9 years of legal experience. He primarily focuses on real estate landlord/tenant matters, purchases and sales, and title issues.
He received his undergraduate degree in neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University and his law degree from the College of William and Mary Marshall Wythe College of Law, the first law school in the United States. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
Frantz is committed to serving his communities. He serves on the Grievance and Education Committees of the San Diego Association of Realtors. He served as Vice Chair of the California Lawyers Association Real Property Law Section Executive Committee from 2022-2023, and served as a member of the board of Lawyers Club of San Diego from 2021-2024. Frantz is also the board secretary of the Voices of Our City Choir and also serves as a member of the San Diego Pride Board of Directors.
In his spare time, Frantz serves as a volunteer facilitator and trainer for the Insight Prison Project’s Victim Offender Education Group. He is also an avid dancer, hiker, and classical pianist.
